The Austrian School have in recent time become a household name in important areas for management research such Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management, but important differences still exist. The seminar will cover such topics as Austrian approaches to research and economics, Austrian business cycle theory, and why private organizations matter. We will also on the day have a visit from Dr. Henrik Sornn-Friese who will talk about the benefit of doing research (Austrian or otherwise) within maritime economics and management.
