Siv Pedersen joins the Department of Marketing as PhD student

Welcome to Siv Pedersen

It is a pleasure to welcome Siv Pedersen as new PhD student in the Department of Marketing.

Siv holds a B.A. in Intercultural Marketing Communication from Copenhagen Business School and an M.Sc. in Consumer Science with a specialization in consumer, technology, and innovation from the Technical University of Munich.

Prior to joining the department, Siv spent four years working with data-driven marketing in the German software- and consulting industry, respectively. Most recently, she was responsible for the marketing analytics function in the Saas company, Celonis.  

Siv’s Ph.D. research will revolve around the psychological underpinnings of consumer behavior in the realm of artificial intelligence. More specifically, her research will explore experimentally consumer perceptions of control in the encounter with AI.

Siv will work with Associate Professor Antonia Erz and Associate Professor (in promotion track) Edlira Shehu who will act as her supervisors.
