Dr. Marina Leban joins the Department of Marketing as a Tenure-track Assistant Professor
It is with great satisfaction that I can announce that Marina Leban is joining the Department of Marketing at Copenhagen Business School. She will take up a position as a tenure-track assistant professor.
Marina is currently a post-doctoral researcher in marketing at Copenhagen Business School. She was awarded a Ph.D. in business administration (with a specialization in marketing) from ESCP Business School, an M.Sc. in organizational and social psychology from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. in psychology from the University of Tours.
Marina’s research focuses on how the transition to liquid modernity has impacted digital/social media consumption practices (e.g., social media influencers, presumption, and lurking practices). Her research has been presented at several international marketing conferences and has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, and Psychology & Marketing. Marina’s thesis was recently awarded the University of Paris Chancellery “Best Thesis in Management.”
Marina has also been teaching and coordinating a variety of courses (e.g., Introduction to Psychology and Sociology, Introduction to Marketing) both at the bachelor's and master’s levels at different international universities (CBS and ESCP Business School).
Welcome, Marina, we look forward to working with you.
