Danish Food Culture – New Insights
Madkulturen's yearly report concerning Danish food culture has now been published. The report sheds light on citizens’ food behavior, eating patterns, shopping patterns, among many other aspects.
Madkulturen is a self-governing organisation under the Ministry of Environment and Food.
The Department of Marketing, CBS, has contributed to the report. Associate Professor Jesper Clement has acted as a reviewer and has provided comments and suggestions upon which the final report has been prepared. As a member of the expert advisory committee Professor Torben Hansen has participated in discussions on methodologies, topics, and focus areas of the report. Other members of the expert advisory committee are Senior Advisor Sisse Fagt, DTU; Professor Lotte Holm, Copenhagen University; and Director of CSR Thomas Roland, Coop Danmark.
