CBS’s achievements for integrating the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education

The Report on Progress 2012 highlights CBS’ achievements and future objectives for the integrating of the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) – a strategic project under the Dean of Education.

The report is the second report since CBS became a signatory to PRME in August 2008. The sharing information on progress report facilitates an exchange of experience at CBS as well as among the PRME network. Since 2008, CBS has become a pioneer in embedding PRME and is often approached by other universities that want to learn from our experiences.

All departments are contributing
All 15 departments at CBS are represented by faculty who are mentioned in the report because of their contribution to responsible management education. This clearly illustrates the interdisciplinary nature of the project and the extensive integration across CBS. “The UN Principles has proven to be an ideal framework for making responsible management education a more explicit and visible part of our organisational identity, and I am impressed by the active contribution and collaboration across the whole business school” says Vice Dean for Education Sven Bislev.

In the most recent Aspen Institute Survey from 2011 CBS furthermore ranked No. 2 in Europe on research within the area of responsible management, demonstrating our great achievements in the area.
