Research & Activities
The Inequality Platform addresses the causes and consequences of economic inequality from a Danish, European, and global level. The Inequality Platform’s research deals with issues related to firms (e.g., wages, working conditions, and employment), economics (e.g., labour markets, health care systems, and migration), and politics (e.g. regulations, redistributive politics, populism, and corruption).
Our research draws on economics, political science, political economy, sociology, and related disciplines in order to obtain a deeper understanding of the sources of differences in economic inequality and how inequality matters for businesses, governments, and citizens.
The Inequality Platform brings together researchers from five CBS departments as well as a variety of stakeholders from the worlds of business, government, and international organisations.
