Dan Kärreman and co-researchers from CBS and Bayes Business School, London, are behind a new Manifest for “Slow Management”, published in Scandinavian Journal of Management. The manifest pinpoints guiding principles for how to succeed with implementing change in organisations.
Too many change management initiatives fail because leaders are focused on speed rather than process, and because management consultants with their strong marketing muscles are able to market standard solutions as a quick-fix.
