HOW CAN I BE GREENER; HOW CAN CBS BE GREENER?

A greener CBS has something to do with decisions and actions made by students, employees, and guests at our Campus; and it has something to do with what CBS does as an organization. “Everything counts” and “take the first step today” are core principles in green transition at CBS, but something counts more, and some steps might take us further than others when we are looking into our total emissions.

WHAT IS CBS' CURRENT STATUS ON EMISSIONS?

A widely accepted tool in reporting on organizational emissions is the scope 1, 2 and 3 framework by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. At CBS we publish our Scope 1 and 2 calculations in our annual report. Our Scope 3 calculations are published biannually, with the first publication in 2022. The most recent Scope 3 report covers our activities in 2024. All reports are available in our archive.
