Abstract
In this talk, current Editor-in-Chief of Academy of Management Discoveries Dr. Kevin Rockmann will provide an overview of exploratory research and discuss how to pursue such a research path and publish in management journals. He will discuss the benefits of pursuing exploratory research questions, provide examples of such research questions, and make a case for why scholars, especially from emerging economies, should pursue such research questions. Hints for publishing in the Academy of Management Discoveries as well as potential pitfalls will be discussed. Dr. Rockmann will also discuss his own research on cultivating high quality relationships in this new world of work.
