CBS Sustainability at Copenhagen Business School is proud to present this Experiential Development opportunity for business leaders and professionals from our community.

The turbulent times we are living, characterized as VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) call for a particular focus on priorities, which comprise both the urgent and the important. Dr. Rimanoczy, Convener of the Working Group on the Sustainability Mindset at PRME, the academic arm of the UN Global Compact, will facilitate an interactive session to introduce the components of a Sustainability Mindset that can provide a powerful competitive edge, while becoming a better corporate citizen.

About the Facilitator

Dr. Isabel Rimanoczy has over 17 years experience working on the Sustainability Mindset, a concept she researched and developed, based on her research at Columbia University about the motivations and thinking of business leaders championing sustainability initiatives. She has authored numerous scholarly papers, book chapters and books for a professional and academic audience seeking to accelerate change by developing a mindset for a better world. She is the convener of the Working Group on the Sustainability Mindset at PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education), the academic arm of the United Nations Global Compact. Dr. Rimanoczy has a long experience as an international team and leadership coach, having worked in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

She developed the Sustainability Mindset Indicator, a project that was awarded First Prize in 2018 at the international forum Reimagine Education, sponsored by Wharton University and QS, UK. Three years later, the fully developed Indicator received the Bronze Award.
