15:45-17:15: Panel discussion with Peter Birch Sørensen (Copenhagen University), Per Krusell (IIES, Stockholm University) and Marita Laukkanen and Anni Huhtala (VATT, Finland). The questions to be discussed will be the following: 1. What are/will be the distributional effects of climate change within countries and globally? 2. What are/will be the constraints that distributional concerns put on effective climate policy? 3. Taking both of the above questions into account, how can/should climate policy be designed? 4. From your perspective, what are important unresolved research questions related to climate policy and inequality, that is where we need more research?
