In April CBS Library launched Library2Go. It's a temporary service while CBS campus is closed due to the cautions taken to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
Order materials for pick up
NEW (9 June): All library patrons can order and reserve items directly in Libsearch. This applies for materials already on loan as well as for items available in the library. Use your cpr-number or student ID card number and PIN to log into Libsearch.
If you need a journal article or a chapter from a book only available from the Course Collection (curriculum literature), you can order it. Send an e-mail with information about the chapter/article you want to order to Library2Go@cbs.dk. We will get back to you with information about pick up or send an electronic copy depending on licenses.
It is also possible to order materials from other libraries if CBS Library does not have it. Use bibliotek.dk, various article databases or the Inter Library Loan form (use Libsearch login)
NEW (16 June): CBS staff gets material delivered by internal mail at CBS. If you wish another type of delivery (home or pick-up), please chose that when ordering.
HOW AND WHERE TO PICK UP
Ordered materials can be picked up Monday-Friday 9:00-15:00 by ”the night entrance” at CBS Library, Solbjerg Plads 3 close to the basement parking ramp.
You cannot enter the library and find books on the shelves yourself or order more books at pick-up. Only materials ordered by e-mail are available for pick-up.
RETURN YOUR LOANS
We are now allowed to accept returns. Therefore, your loans will no longer be renewed automatically.
We will send a notice 3 days before you need to return your loans. You will receive notices and get a fine or bill if you do not return the materials in due time.

Check your loans in Libsearch to see the due dates.
Trouble with e-mails and messages
NEW (15 June): The library system is not sending out e-mails and text messages regarding pick-up and return. We are working on solving the issue. In the meantime please check your account in Libsearch to see due dates or materials ready for pick-up.

RENEW YOUR LOANS
If your loans have been renewed automatically during the lock-down the maximum loan period is reached and you cannot renew yourself. If you still need the materials, please contact library@cbs.dk to get the period extended.

You have access to e-books, databases, articles, news, statistics, and much more from home.
