Invitation for inaugural lecture with Jim Hagemann Snabe

Adjunct professor Jim Hagemann Snabe will speak on the topic of “The fourth industrial revolution – the role of leadership in setting the direction for renewal of business strategy, organization and society” on Monday 21st of November 2016, from 16.00 to 17.25 at Copenhagen Business School, Kilevej 14/A, 2000 Frederiksberg, Room Ks.43 (Kilen building).

There will be a brief welcome by the President of CBS, Per Holten Andersen, and the Heads of Department. This is followed by a longer introduction by Professor Majken Schulz, after which Jim Hagemann Snabe will give his inaugural presentation. Professor Thomas Ritter then leads the discussion.

About Jim Hagemann Snabe:
Jim Hagemann Snabe is the former co‐CEO of SAP. He developed his career in the IT industry, mainly at SAP as well as a few years with IBM. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the World Economic Forum and sits on the boards of Allianz, SAP, Siemens in Germany and A.P. Møller Maersk A/S and Bang & Olufsen in Denmark. He previously served on the board of Danske Bank. Jim is involved in a number of activities to leverage his digital experience to help accelerate the digital transformation of business and society. This includes being academic contributor to the Board Leadership Society and the CBS Board Leadership initiative. Jim Hagemann Snabe holds a Master's degree in Operational Research and Finance from Aarhus School of Business.
