PhD defence: Christoph Flöthmann

In order to obtain the PhD degree, Christoph Flöthmann has submitted his thesis entitled: Who Manages our Supply Chains? Backgrounds, Competencies and Contributions of Human Resources in Supply Chain Management

The overarching purpose of this interdisciplinary dissertation has been to shed more light on the people managing supply chains. The three empirical papers constitute an important step in bridging the gap between supply chain management and human resource management research by generating more knowledge on the supply, demand, and contribution of supply chain personnel.
