Marcus Møller Larsen er Lektor i Strategisk og International Ledelse ved Copenhagen Business School (hvor han også fik sin ph.d.) og adjungeret lektor ved Handelshøjskolen BI.

Hans forskning ligger i skæringspunktet mellem strategi, organisationsteori og international business med et særligt fokus på offshoring og nye multinationale selskaber i økonomien. Hans forskning er blevet offentliggjort i førende tidsskrifter såsom Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Science og Strategic Management Journal. Hans ph.d.-afhandling vandt Peter J. Buckley og Mark Casson Dissertation Award (AIB) og Barry M. Richman Best Dissertation Award (AoM) i 2014. I 2015 modtog han Temple / AIB Best Paper Award ved Academy of International Business i Bangalore , Indien. Han er modtager af flere Best Reviewer Awards.

Han underviser studerende på alle niveauer i spørgsmål, der vedrører strategisk ledelse og international forretning og er forfatter til flere undervisnings cases, der aktivt bruges i hele verden.
