The international tax regime is undergoing an accelerated period of policy development. The ability of some individuals and MNC’s to navigate the international system so as to construct shrinking fiscal presence, leaks and ensuing public outrage have driven states, multilateral bodies and the European Union to act. This seminar provides a snapshot of where we are with building fiscal sustainability and the forces at play in the game.
