Do customer clubs and loyalty programmes work? (Event in Danish)
Hear what 66,000 members with more than 275,000 club cards think of their customer clubs. A CBS research team is behind a new, large-scale research project which investigates i.a. whether loyalty programmes and club cards live up to customers' expectations or whether there is room for improvement. You can also hear how the vast amount of customer data generated through loyalty programmes and customer clubs can both strengthen and impair the customer clubs.
