The Board of Directors of A. P. Møller - Mærsk A/S is going to have a new chairman, and Jim Hagemann Snabe, Adjunct Professor at CBS, is nominated for the chairmanship.

A practitioner who surpasses the ordinary with a sense of commitment that goes far beyond the boardroom. This statement was used to describe Jim Hagemann Snabe when he was appointed adjunct professor at CBS in 2016.   

A. P. Møller - Mærsk A/S announces today that current chairman Michael Pram Rasmussen will step down. Jim Hagemann Snabe is referred to as the successor who is to take the torch that will lead the company into the future.

Jim Hagemann Snabe says in the press release that he is honoured to be nominated as new chairman of the board.
