Tom is an Assistant Professor (tenure track) at Department of Strategy and Innovation. Before joining CBS SI in 2019 he got a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. His research focuses on how organizations can design their digital innovation processes.

Primary research areas

•    Content: Crowdsourcing (esp. wisdom of crowds), contests and tournaments, online communities
•    Methods: Large scale empirical studies, simulations, experiments
