I explore human behavior to design better organizations

My research examines how competition and collaboration shape human behavior, organizational design, and technological platforms. I am motivated by understanding the social dynamics that drive innovation, and by helping organizations harness these forces to create value not just for themselves, but for society.

I focus on the participation, cooperation, competition, and rivalry in shaping decision-making, strategy, and innovation. By utilizing new data-driven methods and analytical tools, such as machine learning and generative AI,  I provide insights into how organizations and platforms can be designed to foster creativity, resilience, and progress.
