My research interest is in sustainability transformation of business, especially: How to educate (future) decision makers to consider sustainability? What are social entrepreneurship competences and how to teach them? What characterizes a sustainable intrapreneur? What characterizes a social entrepreneur? How do business models change when considering sustainability? How do companies impact sustainability? How to implement sustainability in organizations? How to measure sustainability within an organization? How to assess the sustainability impact of innovation in process? How does sustainability assessment and reporting influence strategy? How to develop business models towards sustainability?
