Palle Nierhoff holds a MSc in Economics (cand.oecon) from Aarhus University.
Fields of interest include corporate finance and accounting. More specifically, valuation of companies, M&A, IPO, equity capital markets, PE, due diligence, and restructuring of companies.
Founder and owner of Nierhoff VirksomhedsRådgivning since 1997. The company advisessmall and medium-sized companies (SMV) in different aspects of corporate finance, strategy etc.
10 years of experience from Nordea working directly with transactions in M&A and IPO as well as credit and restructuring of companies.
Experience from teaching various courses in micro and macroeconomics, corporate finance, and accounting at bachelor and master programs at CBS and Aarhus University.
Palle is currently lecturer at CBS in:
• Corporate finance (HA).
• M&A and Valuation (HD, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Finance).
Supervision and grading on Master Theses for several MSc lines and Bachelor Projects etc.
