Denmark wins the 4nations cup 2016

The Danish team, Christian Wagner and Jens Dick-Nielsen from FRIC and the Department of Finance, took home the 4nations cup 2016

After Denmark winning the 4nations cup in Rome in 2015, Center for Financial Frictions (FRIC) and the Department of Finance, Copenhagen Business School had the pleasure of hosting the 4nations cup 2016 on April 29, 2016. This year Denmark, Germany, Portugal, and the UK competed for the 2016 cup. At the end of the day the audience voted for the candidates, and the Danish team consisting of Christian Wagner and Jens Dick-Nielsen from FRIC and the Department of Finance, took home the cup.

The winning team gave the following presentations: Christian Wagner "What is the Expected Return on a Stock?" and Jens Dick-Nielsen "The Cost of Immediacy for Corporate Bonds".

The team competed against: From Germany Tobias Berg (Bonn U) and Rainer Haselmann (Goethe U Frankfurt), from Portugal Claudia Custodio (Nova U) and Geraldo Cerqueiro (U Católica Portuguesa) and from the UK Peter Feldhütter (LBS) and Péter Kondor (LSE).
