An event for members of ABLD (Academic Business Library Directors ), APBSLG (Asia Pacific Business School Librarians’ Group) and EBSLG (European Business Schools Librarians’ Group).

Theme: Strategy, Focus, Services. Business Libraries in a Competitive and Changing Environment.

Business libraries are faced with many challenges from within and outside their parent organizations. Within the organization, students, faculty and administrators have different attitudes and requirements to libraries and their services. Outside the organization, competitors in the field of information e.g. Google and commercial publishers are a constant challenge to the traditional role of business libraries.
