Introduction & Start of Semester

Cand.merc.(it.)

The master's programmes at Copenhagen Business School begin every year around 1 September. At the end of August, the majority of the master's programmes have an introduction event, a so-called ‘intro week’, which familiarises you with the contents and structure of the chosen programme.

Participation in the intro week is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended that all students accept the offer of a broad practical and social introduction to the programme. It is our experience that the activities in the intro week make it easier to start at CBS – academically as well as socially.
MSc in Business Administration and Information Systems:
You will find further information about your intro week at Cand.merc.(it')'s website on e-Campus , our student intranet.

The structure of the semesters at CBS The autumn semester spans from September to December, with exams usually taking place in January. The spring semester spans from February to June, where most of the exams take place. Notice that it is not possible to start directly on the 2nd semester of a master's programme, as there is an academic progression from the 1st to the 2nd semester.
