CBS E-MBA retains its Nordic title; climbing 12 places in the Financial Times 2016 E-MBA ranking.

The CBS Executive MBA has climbed a further 12 places since the 2015 ranking in the global Financial Times E-MBA ranking. Rising 12 places this year totals that the CBS E-MBA has moved 41 places since 2014. CBS E-MBA continues to be the best single-university E-MBA in the Nordic region. 

Compared to the previous year the most significant impact on the school’s ranking performance is in the areas of average salary and salary increase measured three years after the E-MBA. There are also jumps in the area of the participants’ level of work experience. Additionally, the international diversity component raises the ranking aspects of the CBS E-MBA to a valuable position.

Participants who enrol in the Executive MBA from CBS should expect executive education of the very highest quality”, says Poul Hedegaard, CBS MBA director.

Financial Times practices strict criteria in order for E-MBA programmes to be considered for inclusion. The schools must be accredited by either the US’s Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business or the European Equis accreditation bodies and the programmes must also have run for at least four consecutive years and produced at least 30 graduates each year. A record 137 programmes took part in the 2016 ranking process, up from 129 the previous year.
