When am I an alum?
You are a CBS alum when you have completed an educational programme at CBS or as an exchange student have completed at least one semester at CBS. This includes the following:

•    Bachelors
•    Masters
•    CEMS
•    PhDs
•    Diploma holders (HD part II)
•    Executive masters (continuing education)
•    MBA
•    Exchange students (who have completed a semester at CBS)

CBS alumni can register with CBS Alumni and gain access to a range of benefits and offers.

I have forgotten or have lost my CBS Alumni login

Send an email with your full name and birth date to the CBS Alumni office alumni@cbs.dk, and we will send you a new login as soon as possible. Please notice that you must be registered with CBS Alumni to receive a new login.

How do I access the WiFi on campus?

You must be registered with CBS Alumni to get access to the wireless network on campus.

Choose “CBS-GUEST” on the list of accessible networks on your device.

After choosing “CBS-GUEST” you can open any website. It will redirect you to a login page. Type in your alumni username and password and click “Sign On.”

You should now be online!

I have lost my diploma, can you help me?

If you lose your diploma, CBS can provide you with a replacement diploma. Please note that CBS only issues replacement diplomas if you have lost your original diploma, and it is impossible for you to retrieve it. A replacement diploma will both document that you have completed your programme and include an overview of all your grades. To request a replacement diploma, send an e-mail to one of the following addreses (NB. only concerning the undergraduate and graduate programmes):

For masters programmes: Diploma-graduate@cbs.dk

Please remember to include your full name, date of birth, degree programme, graduation year, address, and whether you need the replacement diploma in Danish or in English.

It may take up to 2 months before you receive the replacement diploma.

Concerning the Graduate Diploma programmes (HD), Master programmes, MBA programmes, and PhD: Please contact the programme concerned directly. Find contact information on cbs.dk.

Can I get access to my student email account?
You can access your student email account in 3 months after your graduation from CBS. After this period you will no longer have access to your CBS student email account.

Is it possible to get an alumni email account from CBS?
CBS does not currently offer alumni email accounts.

How can I obtain information on graduates from CBS?
CBS is often contacted by organisations who wish to receive information about our graduates. This could e.g. be in connection with a recruitment process.

If you wish to confirm the educational status of a specific person, please contact verification@cbs.dk. To minimize the processing time of your request, make sure to include the persons’ full name, date of birth, degree and graduation year. However, please be aware that CBS can only confirm or reject the information on a person’s educational status given by you. Therefore, we encourage you to specify your request, e.g. by requesting verification of whether a person has graduated from a specific degree.
