Events & Room Allocation (LOK)
The unit is comprised of four teams:
- The Room Administration administers rooms for teaching, exams, events, and conferences at CBS. Please note that rooms at CBS cannot be booked by external parties.
- Conference Services offers advice and planning assistance for CBS staff regarding conferences, events, and workshops.
- Exam Invigilation team ensures capable invigilation for exams.
- Information Services administers CBS’ telephone switchboard, parking permits, advertisements, banners, and the general service of the campus desk.
