The CBS Executive MBA Program will guide and support you on your demanding journey as you grow as a leader. Jan Leschly is Chairman & Managing Partner of Care Capital LLC. Previously, Mr. Leschly was Chief Executive of SmithKline Beecham PLC from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Leschly is a member of the Boards of Directors of the American Express Company and the APM-Maersk Group and serves on the International Advisory Board of DaimlerChrysler AG. Before his business career, Mr. Leschly made his name in professional tennis, achieving the rank of 10th in the world in 1967. Leschly has a master degree in Pharmacy from the Danish University of Pharmacy and a HD diploma in Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.

Admission to our Executive MBA is highly competitive and our selection process is rigorous and demanding to secure the highest caliber of participants. There is no "ideal" profile of a CBS Executive MBA participant – the greater the diversity of the class, the richer the learning experience for you. Each candidate is assessed on his or her current and potential abilities, and our admission committee looks for evidence of academic excellence and professional achievements. The relevance of the candidate's current role and job responsibilities and commitment to the studies are also closely examined during the admission process.
