Introduction & Start of Semester

Information Management

At the end of August, most concentrations have an introductory arrangement - "Introduction Programme". The introductory arrangement will inform you about content, structure and form of your degree programme. As a supplement to the academic activities, different social arrangements are made depending on the study programme, in which you have been enrolled. This may be case assignments, parties or picnics.

Business Administration and Information Systems / cand.merc.(it.):
Read more about the cand.merc.(it.) introduction programme at e-Campus , the website for students enrolled at CBS.
It is not mandatory to participate in the introduction programme, but we highly recommend that all new students accept the offer to receive a broad practical, academical, and social introduction to the education. History shows that the activities in the introduction programme indeed help new students to an easier beginning to the degree programme.
The semesters at CBS
The autumn semester runs from September to December, often with exams in January.
The spring semester runs from February to June, with most exams in June. Please note that it is not possible to be admitted directly to the second semester on a graduate programme, as there is academic progression from first to second semester
