Courses & structure
Students have an excellent opportunity to focus on their studies with the International Business programme’s structure of just two courses in each of the year’s four quarters.
The courses ensure that:
- you will develop the theoretical knowledge to make sense of the international business environment
- you will learn the methods and tools of defining and addressing problems
- you will gain presentation skills for communicating results, clearly showing consideration of different cultures.
The International Business programme is split into quarters, rather than the more usual two or three terms. Throughout the quarter, students will complete two courses per quarter with project work, which gives them a realistic simulation of the challenges and pressures they will face in an international business career.

*The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a common standard for comparing the study attainment and performance of students of higher education across the European Union and other collaborating European countries.
ECTS is based on the principle that a full-time student, who works between 1500-1800 hours per year, would get 60 credits during one academic year. This means that one credit equals around 25 to 30 working hours.

Starting your university education can be an overwhelming experience on many levels; new academic challenges, new friends, a new environment and maybe you're even moving away from your parents permanently for the first time.
