PhD committee:
The Ph.D. committee for the Doctoral School of Economics and Management consists of 10 members; 6 academic members and 4 research degree students. The tasks of the Ph.D. committee include:
  • Approval of the offering of Ph.D. courses
  • Approval of applications for credit transfer and exemption
  • Recommendation on the composition of assessment committees to the dean
  • Statements on all relevant issues presented by the Dean of Research
  • Statements on the evaluation of the activities of the doctoral school
  • Preparation of suggestions for internal guidelines for the doctoral school
  • Participation in planning and approval of the activities of the doctoral school
  • The academic staff representatives recommend enrolment of new research degree students to the head of the doctoral school
