How to register

To register for the conference, please send an email to: akb.iadh@cbs.dk
The email must include the following information:

Name
Position
Institution
Country
If you wish to participate in the dinner on the 28 (approximately 50€), please specify any dietary requirements.

Payment details will be given upon confirmation. The price per person is 150 €, plus an additional 50€, if you wish to participate in the dinner.

Please note, confirmation of participation is not final before payment is registered.

Deadline

Registration closes 14 April, 2009, at noon.
