If you are arriving at the airport, you can get to the conference hotels by taxi (approximately DKK 170) or public transportation (DKK 25.50). Taxis are found through the right hand exit after customs. For public transportation, just walk straight ahead after customers towards the end of the building, where trains depart one level below. Tickets can be purchased at the counter marked “DSB”.

If you are arriving by train, please stop at Nørreport Station and follow the instructions to get to your hotel given at the website under: Accomodation

If you are going straight to the venue place. Take the airport train and get of at Nørreport Station (20 minutes). From there take the metro (direction Vanløse) to Frederiksberg (five minutes).

If you are arriving by car, please follow the signs indicating the city centre: “København”.

Please note that in Copenhagen everybody has a bike, and for many years Copenhagen has been known as "the city of bikes". We thus have special bike lanes next to the pedestrian areas. Please take care and watch out for bikes as well as cars.
