Visiting Professors

CBS has 24 flats and guest rooms at its disposal, close to the campus area at Frederiksberg.

The flats are made available for visiting professors, associate and assistant professors staying at CBS for a number of months.

Due to the flats' popularity, they may only be rented for a maximum of 12 months. They thereby serve as a platform for long-term guests, giving them the opportunity to look for their own place in Copenhagen. The minimum rental period of a flat is one month.

The guest rooms make it possible for us to offer our guests short-term accommodation (from two weeks to a couple of months).

A number of flats, with a reasonable rent level, are reserved for our visiting PhD fellows.

Sponsorships from the foundations mentioned below have made it possible to buy and furnishthe flats, all in keeping with Scandinavian tradition.

Please note that the residences are only available to international staff who have been invited to CBS by a department.

PLEASE NOTE that researchers who are employed as full-time staff at CBS are not considered guests. They may stay at one of the flats for no more than six months after they achieve permanent employment status.
