Before beginning my PhD, I worked as a research analyst for a New Zealand firm specializing in stakeholder surveys and analysis. A formerly-registered psychologist in New Zealand, my educational background is in industrial, work and organisational psychology. I received my MSc from the University of Auckland in 2007 and have published academic research on the psychological contracts of temporary employees.
