Mindfulnes@Work

  • Ever felt overwhelmed by information in the age of e-mail, facebook, twitter?
  • Ever had too many to-do things in your do-to list and not knowing where to start?
Meditation is a clinically proved way to help people cope with these kinds of problems. Meditative techniques give the individual the possibility of “creating space” into their thinking process and support them in taking the appropriate action depending on the situation at hand. A relaxed but alert state of mind helps in achieving the right “conditioning” when it comes to decision making and response to external pressures. Then, creativity and innovative thinking can easily be achieved in contrast to struggle and exhaustion coming from overworked logical thinking. Through the wisdom of these meditative techniques we can achieve a state of mindfulness with benefits that extend beyond superficial soothing.
Mindfulness trains attention, increases pattern recognition and improves analytical intelligence to support decision making.
