I am particularly interested in new forms of governance such as contract management, partnerships, arrangements of ‘ free choice’ . The main purpose is to analyse what demands changed borders between the public, private and voluntary sector make on management, employees and users. My approach is system theory, but also newer cultural- and discourse theory create inspiration. Lately I have been engaged in research projects concerning health management, health promotion in the Danisk municipalities and reforms in the welfare state.
