My research areas include public management and policy, labour market regulation and collective relations. My research perspective is characterized by focusing on the boundaries between politics, management, agencies and operating units as well as the boundaries between society, politics and collective bargaining. Currently, I work on the projects "Re-regulation and self governance" and "the changing contexts of public leadership and management". I also do research in management of educational institutions.
