Saul Schwartz will be visiting our department from September 5 to November 11.  Saul is a professor in the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.  Saul's research typically involves the analysis of policies aimed at helping the poor.  Specifically, his research interests include welfare reform, access to post-secondary education and personal bankruptcy.
