Small companies are using CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to improve the working environment. But it often happens by chance, because small businesses finds it hard to work strategically with CSR. A pilot study on CSR in small businesses, published by the National Research Center for Work, NFA, shows that CSRs potenttial is far from being fully utilized.
