National Programme Coordinator – UNIDO on SME Clusters and Networks Development Pakistan (since 2001).


Selected publications

1. A case study on “Lahore Garments Consortium (LGC),” published in The Asian Journal of Management Cases (AJMC).
2. A research paper on “Formal SME Networks in Pakistan,” presented in the ICSB World Conference 2007 and published in the International Journal of Technology Intelligence & Planning (IJTIP).
3. A research paper on “The State of Entrepreneurship & Globalization in Pakistan,” Published in the International Journal of Business & Globalization (IJBG).
4. Developed 15 cases studies for UNIDO Training Tool Kit, Vienna Austria - One case study selected as one of the best three and rewarded.
5. Developed and supervised almost 30 Diagnostic Studies in 30 SME Industrial Clusters in Pakistan. These diagnostic studies are placed on the website of UNIDO Pakistan.
6. A paper on “Successful SME Cluster Development Approach in Pakistan,” has been accepted for 10th Vaasa Conference on International Business in VAASA, Finland.
7. Launched an e-journal for Lahore HR Forum in Pakistan.
