Research interests

My research revolves around the adoption, translation and implementation of new technologies and business practices from abroad, notably their translation by institutional entrepreneurs to fit a new organizational context. I conduct empirical research from a comparative perspective, examining at the moment the translation of new technologies and design solutions in the construction industry and managerial practices related to corporate social responsibility and diversity management.

2006 recipient of the Tietgen Prize for Young Scholars in Business Economics, Danish Business Research Academy.
