In general, I am interested in the processes of creating meaning in organizations. Different concepts are applied to support this view: narratives, conversations, and discourses. I study the implications and challenges of organizing under post-modern conditions.

Empirical research in the field of health care has my interest. I'm focusing at the daily work conditions at hospitals, the cross-cultural collaboration between different health care providers and the communication between health care professionals.
