Creative, technological and strategic solutions for the lifestyle Industries
Lifestyle industries are critical to the growth of Danish economy and are designated as high priority areas. Yet managers in these industries are confronted with sweeping demographic, environmental, technological, institutional and  financial changes which require a fundamental shift in the way companies operate.
 
Together with a  number of consortium partners, CBS-INO will seek to improve strategy processes, entrepreneurial growth and  innovation among lifestyle companies in a project supported by the Board of Research and Innovation and Innovation Policy Center (FI).  
This two year,  DKK 2 million project will develop amongst others digital tools that will  enhance managerial and organizational capacity in dealing with future challenges.
The project is a collaboration between CBS/INO, DPU, Development Center UMT and SGI.  A host of lifestyle companies around Denmark will participate in various phases of the project.  
 
CBS is represented by Serden Ozcan (Associate Professor, INO).
