Since 1993, I have supervised dissertations at bachelor and master level primarily at the Institute of Intercultural Communication and Management. Also, I have been involved in the development of the HA (kom) and Cand. Merc. (kom) programs. My background is almost 20 years of practical experience from advicing international corporations within areas of corporate identity and branding, employer branding, corporate strategy and change management. More recently, my activities are primarily in relation with the Cand. Merc. (kom.) program.
