Mette Morsing's research is based within traditions of organizational sociology and communication theories and within these areas, she has developed an interest in corporate social responsibility, stakeholder theory, and social identity. Her research has been published in English, Danish, Spanish and Norwegian within the following areas: management, communication, corporate social responsibility and identity-image relations. She is particularly interested in the dynamic relations between management-employee identity, communication, and CSR/sustainability initiatives as companies engage with stakeholders.
