My research revolves around issues of identities, cultures and organizational contexts. I am particularly interested in the way in which social actors construct meaning differently depending on their individual backgrounds and the historical and social contexts in which they act.
At present, I am finalizing a research project on cultural sensitivity and learning among employees in multinational companies of Danish origin (forthcoming 2012: Global Collaboration: Inter-cultural experiences and learning (edited with M.C. Gertsen and A. Søderberg, Palgrave-Macmillan).
