I am working on an Industrial Ph.D. project entitled Publicist Business Models for Media Companies of the Future. The project is carried out in collaboration with DBP and JP/Politikens Hus and runs from August 2010 to August 2013.
The background for the industrial Ph.D. project is the structural economic crisis that publicist media companies are facing because of increased competition from new forms of publicist and non-publicist media. From this starting point the project seeks to identify the challenges and opportunities that are created by the new economical, political and technological setting. The aim of the project is to develop new business models that will allow media companies to balance the creation of economic and publicist value in the future.
