Furthermore, the centre cooperate with organisations from the business life and organisations from society, in preparation to establish learning and creativity.

CAL collaborates with Ashridge Business School about the research project SPEED.
Bramstrup Performing Arts
Conference on Organising authenticity - a new perspective on artists in residence and Conference on Leadership beyond the paradox of Control - on the edge of Motivation where organised in cooperation with Bramstrup Performning Arts.
CAL and Bramstrup Performing Arts intend to host a third conference in June 2006.
Centre for Art & Science at Southern University of Denmark
A new Centre with focus on Art and Science has been established at Southern University of Denmark.
CAL shares the new centres perspectives, methods and visions.
Normadic University
At the request of European Cultural Parliament, where Peter Hanke and Pierre Guillet De Monthoux both are members, there was in March 2004 held a meeting in preparation for mapping the possibilities for creating a 'Traveling University' in Europa.
The driving forces behind The Normadic University are: Karl-Erik Normann, secretary-general for the European Cultural Parliament, Pierre Guillet de Monthoux, professor at Stockholm Universitet, Peter Hanke Artistic Director of the Centre for Art & Leadership, Luise Kloos from Graz, Clemens Thörngren from the School of design in Borås, Kjetil Thorsen architect and Partner in Snøhætta (Oslo) and professor at Innsbruck, Michelangelo Pistoletto founder of Cittadellarte in Italien, Paolo Nandini from Cittadellarte, Ernest van Buyder from Antwerpens Business University and board member at MuHKA, Raul architect in Venedig.
Stockholms Kungliga Musikhögskolan
The centre is cooperating with Stockholm's Royal Academy of Music about establishing a new Leader Education for Conductors. Principal Gunilla von Bahr from Stockholms Royal Academy of Music and Peter Hanke are the driving forces behind this Education.
Tempelton College - University of Oxford
CAL collaborates with Tempelton College about hosting and arranging a conference in March 2006. MA, Dr. Phil. og Fellow in Strategic Leadership Marshall Young from Tempelton College is the initiator behind this project.
