Center for Kreditret og Kapitalmarkedsret
As of 1 October 2003 Copenhagen Business School has established the Centre for Financial Law (CKK). The centre will continue and intensify the research which already today takes place at Copenhagen Business School. This will be performed in a cooperation between internal researchers, visiting teachers and expert groups, and research results of the centre will continously be published and will form the basis of a number of seminars and conferences. The internatinal co-operation will have high priority and will at first be realised through the existing relations in the Scandinavian countries. The employees of the centre provide teaching for the educations at Copenhagen Business School.
The research areas of the centre are the banking and finance law as well as securities regulation in a wider sense. The main areas are banking, credit secured by mortgage on real property, insurance, stock exchange and pension, as well in customer relations as in institutional questions.
